Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the AstraSol website, DApp, products and services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services provided by AstraSol ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the legal age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms and Services

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example via email or prominent notice on the Services). Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also modify or discontinue the Services (or features) at any time without prior notice.

3. Description of Services

AstraSol provides tools and interfaces to stake SOL and other supported tokens, monitor markets, swap assets, and access related financial services. Specific features, pricing, and functionality may vary by jurisdiction and over time. Some Services may require an AstraSol account or third-party wallet connection.

4. Eligibility

You must be authorized under applicable laws to use the Services. You are responsible for compliance with any local laws or regulations regarding use of blockchain or DeFi services in your jurisdiction. We may refuse service, limit or cancel accounts at our discretion.

5. Accounts, Wallets & Security

When you create an account or connect a wallet to AstraSol, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, private keys, and devices. We do not have access to your wallet private keys unless expressly authorized by you in a specific product flow. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or wallet. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Fees & Pricing

Use of certain features of the Services may incur fees (platform fees, validator commissions, swap fees, network fees). All fees are described in the Services and are subject to change. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes. We will attempt to notify users of fee changes in advance where practicable.

7. Risk Disclosure & No Financial Advice

Cryptocurrency, staking, DeFi and related activities involve significant risk, including but not limited to volatility, smart-contract risk, loss of funds, regulatory changes, and connectivity issues. Nothing on the Services or in our communications constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You should consult your own professional advisors before making decisions.

8. Staking & Delegation Specifics

Staking, delegation, liquid staking tokens and similar features are subject to network rules and validator behavior. Rewards, lock-up periods, unbonding times, and availability vary by network and validator. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information but do not guarantee particular rewards or outcomes. Your principal may be at risk.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate third-party providers, protocols, blockchains, wallets, or data feeds ("Third Parties"). Use of Third Parties is at your own risk; we do not control Third Party services and are not liable for their performance, availability, or security. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and materials on the Services are the property of AstraSol or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

11. User Content

If you post or submit content (feedback, comments or other material) via community features, you grant AstraSol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for illegal activities; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; (e) submit false information or otherwise misrepresent your identity; or (f) use the Services in a way that harms others or the Services.

13. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or when required by law. Upon termination you must stop using the Services and we may restrict access to your account. Certain obligations, including payment, indemnification, and limitation of liability, survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRASOL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ASTRASOL DOES NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ASTRASOL, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF FUNDS OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ASTRASOL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO ASTRASOL IN THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AstraSol harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. By using the Services you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AstraSol is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and AstraSol agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties may pursue available legal remedies in the relevant courts.

19. Changes to Services & Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, network congestion, third-party failures, or regulatory actions. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Services at any time for operational or regulatory reasons.

20. Notices

We may provide notices via email, push notification, or postings on the Services. Notices to AstraSol should be sent to the contact address on the website or to legal@astrasol.bond (or the current contact listed on the site).

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and AstraSol regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
